Long before MediSORB was formally established in 1993, our narrative began. Mr. Hemant Badheka, our founder and chairman, had a strong vision at the beginning. Armed with a CHA licence and a successful customs clearance firm, Mr Badheka, who had already gained more than 20 years of expertise in the complex world of import, export, and customs clearance, recognised an exciting new frontier: the trading industry.  

From those humble beginnings, we have naturally grown into a committed group of more than 50 workers dispersed throughout multiple locations, all of whom are based in our Mumbai headquarters.

His unparalleled ability to forge strong relationships with top-tier manufacturers globally, spanning Europe, the USA, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and beyond, is a cornerstone of our success. His specialized skill in sourcing the highest quality products within a reasonable value chain has been instrumental in our sustained organic market share growth.

Mr. Boban Iype

Partner Mr. Iype brings over two decades of robust experience in trading and marketing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). His extensive knowledge of the African market has been pivotal in catapulting our brand into a new era and firmly establishing our digital presence. He masterfully navigates our sales strategy for new-world distribution through online e-commerce platforms, while also overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations.
