Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing [support@medisorb.com].
  • After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (if eligible).
