Return Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of adult diapers and incontinence products, we follow strict return guidelines.

• Eligible Returns:
  
  • Only products that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered are eligible for return.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Ineligible Returns: Opened, partially used, or tampered packs cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns.
• Return Timeline: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
