It should fit securely around the waist and thighs without feeling too tight. There should be no gaps around the leg openings.

Side leakage may happen when the size is too loose or the leg cuffs are folded inwards. Check the size and gently pull the cuffs out after wearing.

If it leaves deep marks or feels uncomfortable, move to the next size. A tight fit can cause irritation and may not improve protection.
